Getting Started Adding Clients: It is quick and easy to add clients to your database and begin scheduling the services they need. The steps to adding clients yourself are below.
You can also create a Client Account, then email clients inviting them to complete their client details in the database. To use this option, see Introducing My Clients to Pet Sitter Plus.

1. Access Your Clients Icon
To add clients to your database:
- Select the client icon.
- Select "+New."
2. Enter Basic Client Details
- Add client First Name and Last Name
- Add Pet Name(s) in "Schedule Ref"
- Add Client Email Address (the email they will use to login to the Client Portal)
- Select "Create"
3. Add Additional Client Details
- Add client details such as Email, Phone, and Address.
- Click "Update."
- Add additional client details by selecting other client "pages" such as "Access to Property."
- Add necessary details such as Alarm Instructions.
- Click "Update."
4. Add Client Pets
- Add a client pet by selecting "+ New Pet."
- Add "Name" and select pet "Type."
- Click "Create Pet."
5. Add Additional Pet Details
- Add additional pet details such as Breed, Date of Birth and Gender.
- Click "Update."
- Add more details by selecting other pet "pages" such as "Feeding & Medication" or "Pet Notes."
- Add necessary details.
- Click "Update."
6. Client Search
- Once your clients are entered, use Client Search to find the client you need.
- Select the "Clients" Icon. Use one of 3 options to search:
- Select "Show All" for a list of all Active Clients.
- Select a letter, such as "S" to list all Active Clients whose last name starts with that letter.
- Use the Search bar, which search by First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone and Pet Name.
- Access the Client Account, by selecting the blue client name.
