Show Client and Pet Name in the Schedule

Modified on Wed, 29 Jan at 2:21 PM

You can choose how your client name is displayed in your Schedules. Some people prefer to use the client name, some the pet name and others prefer to see both.

These options are:
  • "Client Name and Schedule Ref” displays both the client first and last name, and the schedule reference (which is usually contains the pets names).
  • “Schedule Ref” displays the schedule reference only. As most Pet Sitter Plus users store the pet names in the schedule reference field, choosing this option means that ONLY the pet name(s) will be displayed in the schedule.
  • “Client Name” displays the client name only, with no pet name.

Tip: If you don't like the way the Schedule looks when you log in, simply change the default settings to how you prefer to see it.
