A copy of all Service Reports will be sent to your company email address.
If you wish to OPT OUT of receiving these copies, you can by switching this function ON.
Tip: If you DON'T want to receive an email for each Service Report, alternatively you can view any Service Report by clicking on a specific service item name in the Schedule. See Edit the Service Report from the Schedule.
What is a Service Report?
When Staff complete a visit or walk with a pet, you can ask them to complete a series of questions to report on the visit, called a "Service Report". The action the staff can take is to either a) save and send the report to the client via email, or b) save the report so that your Admin can vet it before sending it via the admin interface.
You can customize your report using custom fields with almost any questions or data fields you like for staff to complete, including adding one or more photos of the pet from their phone.
The software has a service report set up with some preset general fields/questions already in it.
How Can I Stop Service Report Emails being CC'd to my Company Email?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Service Report Settings
- Toggle "Don't CC Service Report To Company" to ON.
- Click "Update."
