For existing users of the Staff Planner, Transitioning over from the existing Staff Planner to the Group Planner.The Staff and Group Planners can be set up to display the following:
- Color Coding to easily identify when Staff/Sitters have reached, or are over capacity.
- Check-in and Check-out directly from the Planner
- Direct access to Client accounts from the Planner
- Vaccination flags
The Group Planner can also display the following:
- Company Level Capacity for Service Item Groups
- Staff Level Capacity for Service Item Groups
The Staff and Service Group Planners provide a useful tool for businesses who wish to plan their workload, assign services among sitters and be able to quickly view capacity for services and staff that are fully booked or over-subscribed. This feature is particularly beneficial to businesses who operate within the remits of local authority legislation such as boarding or daycare providers.
Setting the Max Capacity Color Coding feature provides a visual color indicator of staff and service capacity levels, as seen below in Orange for capacity that has been reached and Red for staff that are over subscribed.
Enable Max Capacity Color Coding in the Planners
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Planner Settings > General
- Toggle ON "Use Max Capacity Color Coding"
- Click "Update."
When Max Capacity Color Coding is enabled, when staff/sitters have reached or gone over capacity, the service count will be highlighted either in orange or red.
