When a client service is accessed from the Planner, subject to Staff Permissions, staff can view the list of client keys to access the home. Key management is a digital method of recording which staff have physical possession of client keys and is able to assign and return keys.
How do I View Client Keys from My Planner?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > My Planner
- Click the total count of Scheduled Services for the relevant day.
- Click the Service Item to access the Service Details page and menu.
If a Client Key has been recorded, a key icon will be present on the on Client's Service detail.
- Select the Key sub menu.
- A red key means that you need to be assigned the key, both digitally and physically.
- A green key indicates you have already been assigned the key.
- A black key indicates the key is in the office or the visit is in the past.
How Do I Assign or Return Keys from the Key Tab in My Planner?
- Select the Key sub menu.
- View the details for the Client's Keys.
- Assign or Return the Client's Keys to the Office or Admin.
