View Cancelled Services Only in the Schedule

You can apply a filter to view Canceled Services Only in the Admin Schedule (List/Column or Compact View). This is helpful when you need to:
  • identify clients that cancel often, 
  • understand cancellation trends, 
  • to un-cancel visits when necessary and 
  • to estimate the value of lost revenue from cancelled visits.


How Do I View the Schedule by Cancelled Services Only?
Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > List or Column View

Step 1

  • Select "Cancelled Services Only" from the "Scheduled Services" dropdown.

Step 2

The Schedule refreshes to display only Cancelled Services for the given period.


Note: Cancelled services are "greyed out," with a "Cancelled" tag. Client Charge and Staff Pay are zero. Cancelled services can be re-instated, if needed, see below.

Tip: Use "View Cancelled Services Only" from the Client's Schedule to gain insight on how often a specific client cancels or when you need to "un-cancel" many services for one client.


Note: The process is the same for any view of the Schedule (List View, Column View, Compact View).
