How to Send Service Reports to your Clients
Staff can save and send a Service Report to clients after a visit with a pet. They can add photos from their phone to include in the service report. Tip: You can customize your report using custom fields. To be able to send Service Reports:

Include Check-in/out Data on the Service Report
On these Service Reports (Feedback), you can include the GPS recorded time and location settings from Check-In and Check-Out. If you include this data, the client will see the time and location (from the GPS stamp) of staff at the point of Check-In and Check out. To include Check-in/out Data:

Change the Service Report Email Subject Title
You can create a personalized Subject Line for the Service Report emails plus you can personalize the email sign-off too (see below.) To set your own Service Report Title:

Personalize the Service Report Email Signoff
In the Service Report email, you can personalize the email subject and the sign-off for the email. To personlize the Service Report Email Signoff:

Opt Out of Receiving Copies of the Service Report
A copy of all Service Reports will be sent to your company email address. However, if you wish to OPT OUT of receiving these copies, you can by switching this function to ON. To stop CC Copies of the Service Report being sent to the Company email:
