2. Revenue Reports
There are multiple reports to use to report on and review revenue. They each provide a slightly different view of Revenue and have different uses.
Payments Report
The Payments Report provides a list of all payments received, by date the payment was recorded. You can run a Payments Report for any date range and also filter by Client Area. The report totals client payments received, or "cash in the door". Important: payments could be for previously delivered services, for example, in January you receive payment for services from December. Use the Payments Report to reconcile accounts or to total all income for taxes.
- (Optional): Select an option from "Client Area" drop down to filter your report.
- Select your Date range.
- Select "Reload."
Revenue & Tax Reports: Bills Delivered Report
The Bills Delivered Report totals invoices by Invoice creation date, for dates selected. It DOES NOT mean the invoices are paid, only that you created an invoice for services rendered. If you account on a bills delivered basis (Accrual method), this may be helpful. This Report provides total revenue invoiced and total taxes on those invoices by Invoice Date.
- (Optional): Select an option from "Client Area" drop down to filter your report.
- Select your Date range.
- Select "Reload."
Revenue & Tax Reports: Cash Received Report
The Cash Received Report is a "cash in the door" report, like the Payments Report, but it also accounts for credits. For example, if you issued a credit in December 2020, then applied it to an invoice in January 2021, the credit is "realized" in January 2020 and would show in a Cash Received Report for January 2021. If you account on a cash basis, this report may be helpful, it calculates tax based on the Cash Received date.
- (Optional): Select an option from "Client Area" drop down to filter your report.
- Select your Date range.
- Select "Reload."
3. Top Clients by Spend Report
The Top Client by Spend Report quickly identifies top clients for any date range and within any Client Area. The report displays each client's total value of Scheduled Services during selected dates. It does not account for payments received or invoices created, simply the service scheduled date. You can email from the report, i.e. send a thank you for being a loyal client or request a referral for new business. You can export this list, it includes mailing address to use it for Holiday cards.
- (Optional): Select an option from "Client Area" drop down to filter your report.
- Select your Date range.
- Select "Reload."
4. Client Inactivity Report
The Client Inactivity Report displays clients that have no booking activity within a selected date range. It uses any scheduled service item, not only revenue generating services. You can email clients directly from this report, i.e. send an incentive to clients you haven't provided service to recently.
- (Optional): Select option to include "Inactive Clients" and select from "Client Area," "Sitter," and or "All Clients" drop downs to filter your report.
- Select your Date range.
- Select "Reload."
5. Vaccinations Reports
