Most Admin roles will have access to various areas of the system such as scheduling, client accounts and invoicing. However, you may have granted admin rights to a junior staff in your business who want to be able to schedule work, but you want to "hide" all financial information from them, such as pricing, staff pay, tips and invoices/quotes.
Use "Can View Financials" to limit who can and cannot see the financial aspects of your business.
Note: As the business owner, you can restrict the levels of Admin access you grant, depending on whether the staff member has a Senior Admin or Junior Admin role.
Understanding Staff Permissions:
Staff Permissions allow you to fully customize the functionality available to particular staff roles within your business. Staff who are assigned work require the staff interface to complete their duties. Senior trusted staff may also require more access to certain scheduling or admin functions, particularly if they look after a team of sitters. In essence, Staff Permissions control which functions you give staff access to; the Interface Permissions control which modules staff can see.

Admins are usually key roles in the running of the business and need access to all or most areas of the software to do their job. Junior admin roles require a reduced set of functions and some areas would need to be restricted for this role. In essence, Admin Permissions control which functions you give staff access to; the Interface Permissions control which modules staff can see.

How Can I Hide Financial Information from my Staff?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > select Staff Name > Permissions > Staff Permissions
- Switch OFF to hide financial information from Junior Admins.
- Click "Update" to save changes.
Note: Only Admins can see any financial information. Field-based staff who have not been granted access rights will NOT be able to see any financial information.
When this permission is switched ON, your staff member are able to see financial information associated with the business, such as seeing the service details, prices and staff pay on an order.
When this permission is switched OFF, your staff member are only able to see the service details on an order but no pricing or staff pay amounts.
