View Void Services Only in the Schedule

You can apply a filter to view Void Services Only in the Admin Schedule (List/Column or Compact View).  This is helpful when you need to:
  • identify when you have made scheduling errors,
  • confirm instances where you have voided a client's services, 
  • un-void visits when necessary. 

How Do I Filter the Schedule by Void Services Only?

Navigation: Scheduler > Schedule > List or Column View

Step 1

  • Select "Void Services Only" from the "Scheduled Services" dropdown.

Step 2

The Schedule refreshes display voided services only.

Tip: Use "View Void Services Only" from the Client's Schedule to review a possible scheduling issue or when you need to "un-void" many services for one client.


Note: The process is the same for any view of the Schedule (List View, Column View, Compact View).
