Scheduling Services

The schedule is a powerful, time-saving tool allowing you to perform many scheduling tasks, such as add, edit, cancel, and delete services, quickly and easily. Furthermore, updates made in the schedule are updated simultaneously in all other areas such as Service Order, Staff Pay, Client Schedule and Sitter Schedules.

Scheduling Daily Management

There are a variety of daily management tasks you might undertake from the schedule including the assignment of keys, the management and monitoring of service reports, reviewing your recorded check-in and check-out information and resetting acknowledge & complete flags. 

Filtering the Schedule

In addition to Date, you can filter your schedule using a number of additional, useful filters, such as:
  • View "First Service Only" service items on an order, indicating a new service is starting that day.
  • View one staff member's schedule.
  • View only service Items from one Service Group such as Pet Sitting.
  • View clients from one Client Area with services this week.
  • Use one or more filters at a time to view the subset of services you want to review.
  • Once you filter your schedule, select the checkbox in front of all services then use the Email button to email those clients.
