You may cancel your subscription to Pet Sitter Plus at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription please do the following:
- Please let us know you wish to cancel here https://www.petsitterplus.com/contact
- Then simply remove your credit card or bank account details from your account, by following the instructions below.
Once you have removed your credit card or bank account details we will not be able to take another subscription payment and your subscription will automatically lapse.
Note: If you don't write to us telling us you wish to cancel, then we might write to you several times to let you know that we were unable to take your subscription payment, before we eventually close your account.
How do I Cancel my Subscription?
Navigate to Home > Dashboard
Step 1: Access your Pet Sitter Plus Subscriber account
- To cancel your subscription, log in to your Pet Sitter Plus database.
- On the Home Dashboard, click "My Account" which will open up a new tab or a new window in your browser.
Step 2: Your Payment Methods
Navigate to Account Summary > Payment Methods
- The home page in your Client Portal is the Account Summary page
- In the menu, click "Payment Methods."
Step 3: Access your credit card credentials
- Click "Add or Change a Payment Method" to add or delete your credit card information.
Step 4: Remove your credit card information
- On the next screen click "Delete Card."
No more subscription payments will be taken from your account.
