Changing the Credit Card for your Subscription

You can change the credit or debit card you use to pay for your Pet Sitter Plus subscription at any time.


How do I Change the Payment Card I use for my Subscription?

Navigate to Home > Dashboard


Step 1:  Access your Pet Sitter Plus subscriber account

  • Log in to your Pet Sitter Plus database.
  • On the Home Dashboard, click "My Account" which will open up a new tab or a new window in your browser.


To add a payment method in your pet sitting software, click on My Account



Step 2:  Your Payment Methods

Navigate to Account Summary > Payment Methods


  • The home page in your Client Portal is the Account Summary page
  • In the menu, click "Payment Methods."


To add a payment method in your dog walking software, click on Payment Methods



Step 3:  Access your credit card credentials

  • Click "Add or Change a Payment Method" to add or delete your credit card information.


To add or change a payment method in your dog walking software go to Payment Methods



Step 4:  Remove your credit card information

  • Delete your credit card.
  • The screen will refresh.
  • Then click "Add a card" to add a new one.


Your next subscription payment will be taken from your new card.

Note: You can have more than one credit card stored on your account, but you must set one to be the default payment method.
