When Staff members log in to the Staff Dashboard, they have access to their schedule. You can control many aspects of how the Schedule appears to staff members. One option is to show or hide staff event notifications such as "Late Check In" and "Short Service" on the Staff Schedule.
Tip: If you DON'T want staff to know you can review activity details in the Staff Activity Report, you wouldn't want them notified at the same time as you are if they are late to check-in or out, provide a short service, or check-in or out at a location which is not the client's home. You would therefore want to hide these notifications in the dashboard.
How Can I Show Event Notifications in the Staff Dashboard?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Staff Dashboard & Monitor > Staff Dashboard Settings
- Toggle "Show Check In Exceptions" to ON or OFF.
- Click "Update."
With "Show Check-in Exceptions" switched to ON:
- Staff will see all notifications, such as those in the Staff Activity Report.
With "Show Check-in Exceptions" switched to OFF:
- Staff will NOT see any notifications, such as those in the Staff Activity Report.
