When Staff members log in to the Staff Dashboard, they have access to their schedule. You can control many aspects of how the Schedule appears to staff members. One of those options is to show or hide staff check-in and check-out times on the staff schedule.
Tip: If you provide services such as group dog walking or vacation boarding, check-in and check-out times may not be relevant. You can also hide the check-in and out buttons.
How Can I Show the Check-in and Check-out in the Staff Dashboard?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Staff Dashboard & Monitor > Check-In / Check-Out Settings
- Toggle "Show Check In / Check Out Data" to ON or OFF.
- Click "Update."
With "Show Check-in / Check-out Data" switched to OFF:
- Staff will NOT see check-in/out times on their staff schedule.
With "Show Check-in / Check-out Data" switched to ON:
- Staff will see check-in/out times on their staff schedule.
