Customizing Your Client Portal

To improve your client experience in your Portal, you can add some branding to match your website which will help clients make a seamless transition from one to the other. The Portal includes many new features that will make the user experience much more friendly and modern, when making an online booking, updating their client information or making a payment.

Note: You can make all – or some – of the functions of the Client Portal available for your clients. You have the flexibility in Pet Sitter Plus to choose which functions you want to make available.
