To further improve your client experience in your Portal when clients go to make an online booking or make a payment, you can choose the following item colors:
- menus
- buttons
- page background
Adding some branding to your Portal to match your website will help clients make a seamless transition from one to the other.
How Do I Change the Colors in my Portal?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Customize Portal
Step 1
- Choose the colours you would like for your menu, buttons and page background.
Tip: Try some different color combinations until you find the one that best matches your branding.
- Choose from the palette of colors by clicking on the colour swatch, or if you know your hexidecimal color code, or
- If you want to experiment, click on the color code panel and a color picker will display. Make a note of the colour code you like so you have it noted down for future use.
- Click "Update" to save your changes.
Step 2
- Once you have added all your branding options, go into a client account and click "go to Portal" in the sub menu to see how your color choices look compared to your branding.
