In the Staff Activity Report, a staff member's "work time" can be recorded for their timesheet to ensure you have an accurate figure to calculate their pay, and to monitor that they are performing well.
"Work time" is the time between "check-in" and "check-out" time as logged on their mobile phone, expressed in hours and minutes.
Tip: Using Work Time can help you estimate if a shift time is accurate, by subtracting the "Work Time" from "Total Shift Time" to determine "Travel Time" accuracy. In the U.S., it is a helpful tool to report Full Time Equivalent employees and to meet State Minimum Wage Requirements.

How do I turn on Calculate Work Time in the Staff Activity Report?
Navigation: Admin > Service Items > Select a Service > Timecard
- Switch the option for "Calculate Work Time" to "ON."
- Click "Update."
