Ordering Service Item groups allows you to choose how your services are displayed when a client "Requests Services" in their Client Portal.
Note: A new feature is available to enable you to order your Service Item groups. There is now no longer a requirement to number a Service Item Group.
How do I re-order Service Item Groups?
Navigation: Admin > Services > Service Item Groups
- Click on the up or down arrow adjacent to the Service Item Group you wish to move.
- Click the up or down arrow once to move the Service Item Group.
- Repeat this action until your Service Item is in the desired position.
Your Service Item Group is now displayed in the position required.
Once you have changed the ordering of your service item groups, your clients will then be able to view Service Groups as per the ordering you have created.
