How Does a Client Delete a Bank Account?

You or a client may, at some point, want to delete a bank account from the system.

How do I Delete a Bank Account from the Client's Account?

Navigation: Click the link "go to portal" from any Client's account > Payment Methods > Click on "Add or Change a Payment Method"

Delete a bank account from the client's account of your dog walking company

  • Click "Delete" and the bank account details and the authorization to deduct payments will be removed from our secure servers

At the management payment methods of your dog sitting software, you can delete a client's bank account

Note: If ALL bank accounts and cards are deleted, you will no longer be able to take automatic payments and the client will no longer be able to pay online until they add a new card or bank account to replace the one they are deleting.

If this was deleted in error, the process for Adding a Bank Account will need to be followed again.
