Note: Adding a bank account to Pet Sitter Plus with ACH is available to US customers only.
If you see an error such as the one below when you – or your client – tries to add a bank account via the client portal, you have probably not completed all the steps that must be taken to activate your Stripe account to allow Pet Sitter Plus to be able to connect your clients' bank accounts via ACH.
To correct this go to Use ACH with Plaid in Stripe and follow the instructions for activating ACH with Plaid and accepting Stripe's Terms and Conditions.
If you continue to encounter an error after confirming you have set up ACH properly in your account, please make note of your error message and contact us at support@petsitterplus.com.
