To improve your client experience in your Portal when clients go to make an online booking or make a payment, you can add some branding to match your website which will help clients make a seamless transition from one to the other.
How Do I Customize my Branding on the Top of the Portal screen?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Customize Portal
Step 1
- Switch ON the option to "Display Custom Header."
A panel will appear for you to add your header information.
Note: The information you add here will display to the right of your company logo or alternative logo you've added.
Step 2
- Add some text to go alongside your logo.
Tip: You can use some of the formatting options, such as adding a hyperlink to your website or setting some of the text in "Large" type using the dropdown menu. However, be mindful that you only have a maximum of 4 lines of text that will display and your information needs to be clear.
Step 3
- Once you have made your changes, go into a client account and click "go to Portal" in the sub menu to see the effect your style updates have made.
