The Client's Schedule in the Client Portal, displays the type of visit scheduled, Date and Time. You can add the check-in and check-out data the sitter records during their visit to the service listing.
Switch this to OFF if you don't wish this to be visible in the client portal.
Note: For this to work, "Use Check-In Check-Out" must be toggled ON first.
Can Clients See When Staff Check-In and Check-Out of a Service?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Client Portal Settings > General Settings
- Toggle "Show Check-in/Check-out data" ON.
- Click "Update."
Your client can view the check-in and check-out times when they select the service in their portal schedule.
- Click the location pin to view the location of the sitter at time of check in or check out in Maps.
The location pin displaying "I" is sitter check-in, and "O" is check-out.
Note: As shown on the example map below, the "I" and "O" pins should ideally be on top of each other if the sitter has correctly checked-in and out at the client's home.
