Once staff have finished a service, they can "mark" it "completed." This informs the admin/scheduler that they have finished at a service. The admin can see it "live" in their schedule too.
Note: Staff can ONLY "mark as completed" any service on the date that the service was scheduled.
Tip: You can link "Complete" to "Check-out" creating a "real-time" completion notification if you don't want to use "complete" as a separate action. How to Adjust Settings to Complete on Check-Out.
How Do Staff Mark a Service as "completed" on the Mobile?
Navigation: My Dashboard
- Tap a service from the schedule to view the service details.
- Toggle "Completed" ON.
The toggle will be green to indicate the service has been completed. The "C" badge will also illuminate. The admin can see it "live" in their schedule as well.
