The Staff Interface is the view of Pet Sitter Plus that staff see when they login to the Staff Dashboard, the area where staff can manage their work and personal information.
Once staff have logged in to the Staff Dashboard – they are able to:
- view their assigned services for the day
- view the Schedule for a period of time
- find information on a Client (if they have been granted permission to do so)
- check their Staff Pay for a period of time
- request time off
- update their personal details in their Staff Record
Note: Staff members will only be able to view and/or edit the areas you grant them permission to.
How Does a Staff Member Login to their Dashboard?
Setting up staff records does not automatically provide staff members with login access. To create login access refer to How Do I Add a New Staff Record? then see How Can Staff Log in on Mobile?
