What Can I Do in the Schedule in My Dashboard?
When a staff member logs in, they see "My Dashboard" which contains a list of assigned services for Today.
From here staff can:
- look at previous services
- look at services for today
- look at services scheduled in the future
- access individual services so they can acknowledge their work, check-in and out, view client details, etc.
- look at the client and pet details for a particular service they have been assigned
- view Assigned and Required keys: How Do I View My Assigned Keys in the Staff Dashboard? and How Do I View My Required Keys in the Staff Dashboard?
- view My Schedule List View which is more compact, or
- view My Schedule Column View which has more functionality and it is easier to view services by time of day.
Note: Staff members can only view and/or edit the areas that you have granted them permission to.
How Do Staff See their Services for Today?
Navigation: My Dashboard
Step 1
- To access the Staff Dashboard, tap on the menu (top right).
- Tap on "My Dashboard."

A list of all services for "Today" are automatically displayed in the dashboard.
- To view the previous day(s) tap the "<" button.
- To view the next day(s) tap the ">" button.
How Do Staff Filter their Services for the Week? Or for a Specific Date Range?
- To view services for a week or a month, tap the "Dates" menu and select "This Week" or "This Month."
- To view services for a specific date range, choose the dates from the calendar, and tap "Reload" to view the services list.
