You've probably signed up for a Free Trial or had a Demo on our software and so are wondering how to get started using the software.
1. One-to-One Coaching
One of our software coaches will have been in touch to take you through a step-by-step coaching program if you'd like some additional support with getting your software set up.
Tip: Pet Sitter Plus has so many functions and features that getting some one-on-one support can be really helpful to making sure you've covered all your bases. And what's more.... it's FREE!
2. Step-by-Step Tutorial
However, if you'd prefer to learn at your own pace and don't feel that the coaching is for you, no problem! You can follow the Tutorial to discover the main features and how to set up your services, your prices, staff etc.
3. On-Screen Guidance
To complement your learning, we have added helpful explanations at the top of many screens in the software with links to Help Center articles which explain the software as you go.
Tip: Use guidance as a reminder of what is on a screen if you ever need more info.
4. Subscribing
Once you've set up your software and are ready to subscribe, we have some articles that explain how to do this and answer any questions you may have.
