1. Send Welcome Email to Staff
- Staff can create a password using your database and their email address or staff number. Use this email Welcome Letter to invite staff to create their log-in and explain their staff access.

2. Using the Staff Dashboard
- View assigned services
- Review Client Information they have permission to access
- Check-In and Out of Visits and Send Service Reports
- Access Compensation details
- Request time off
- Update personal details in their Staff Record
- Open their Staff Record and select "Staff Interface."
Once you are viewing the staff's interface, a banner across the top of the screen tells you whose dashboard you are looking at:
