In a Client Account, you can store documents, such as Service Policy, Cancellation Policy or Pricing, for clients to download from their client portal. The Client Account also stores client, home and pets details, as well as client order history and payment details.
Tip: Make this section available in the client portal so clients can view the most recent documentation on file. This section can be made visible to administrators and staff.
What File Formats Can I Upload?
Various file formats are allowed, and a maximum file size of <15Mb is requested:
- TIFF
- JPEG
- PNG
- DOC
- DOCX
- XLS
- XLSX
- TXT
- similar file types to the above are acceptable
How Do I Upload Files into Contracts & Forms?
Navigation: Clients > access a client account > Client Information > Contracts & Forms
- Click "Choose File" to browse for the file on your PC, and select file.
- Click "Update."
Tip: To change the content and layout in this section, see Custom Fields.
About Custom Fields Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
