What is a Client Account?

Modified on Tue, 23 Jan at 7:18 PM

The client account stores client, home and pets details, as well as client specific settings, order history, and payment details. The status panel contains a link to the client account and will show you, at a glance, the client name, account number, diary ref, settings, credits, debits, fund allocations, email, address, and phone numbers.

Client and pet management takes place within the client account. Each client account can have as many pet records "associated" with it as needed.

Note: You can only add a pet after you create a client account.

From the client account, you can access:

About Custom Fields
Custom fields enable you to customize the clients pages in your database. This means you can add any kind of data you want such as simple text fields, drop down lists, dates, multi-line notes fields, email address fields, image uploads, file uploads, Weblinks and more. If you add custom fields, screenshots may not look the same as your database.
