You can customize the choice of words at the bottom of your Invoice PDF, which is attached to the email when you send Invoices.
Tip: This is the perfect place to add your bank account details for clients who pay you via direct bank transfer.
How Do I Edit the Paragraph on the Bottom of the Invoices?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Invoicing > Narratives

- Enter the choice of words you want, including merge codes in "Invoice Narrative (bottom)" so the wording appears under the printed invoice.
- Click "Update" at the top of the screen.
