You can customize the paragraphs that appear on the Account Summary (top and bottom), Quotes and Invoices PDFs to communicate your Payment Terms more effecitively to your clients.
Tip: This is a useful method to include your company email and contact telephone number (using Merge Codes) so clients can more easily get in touch if they have any queries on their Account.

Edit the Phrasing on the Account Summary (Top) and (Bottom)
You can customize the paragraphs at the top and bottom of your Account Summary, and send a recap of outstanding invoices and payment terms that you can optionally send to clients with their invoice. The Account Summary has a "Top Narrative" and a "Bottom Narrative" that you can customize. To set the account summary opening and closing narratives (top) and (bottom):
