Online Booking allows your client to place an order by requesting or canceling Services within their Portal.
- You can choose whether to make Online Booking – or the "Request Services" feature – available to your clients or not on a system-wide basis. If you do make online booking available in your portal, then it will be available to ALL clients who have access to the portal.
- You can choose which services your clients are able to cancel from the portal - for example you may want them to be able to cancel a dog walk or home visit but not an overnight service.
- There are time limits that prevent canceling services, such as services due to take place on the same day, or services that have already taken place.

Can I allow Clients to cancel orders online for certain scheduled services?
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Service Request Settings
Note: The ability for clients to cancel online bookings of scheduled services is by default switched ON in your client portal settings. If, for some reason, this option has been switched OFF, you will need to turn it ON again it if you would like to offer this option.
- Look at the option to "Allow clients to cancel services."
- If this box is switched OFF, turn it ON again.
- Click "Update."
When a client now goes into their portal, the option to cancel a service from "View Schedule" is now available.
