If you have the "cancel service" feature turned on, then your clients will be able to cancel any service which has been scheduled for them as long as the date the service is to be carried out is in the future.
How does a Client Cancel a booking made in the Portal?
Navigation: Click the link "go to portal" from any Client's account > View Schedule
- In the Schedule, the default view is to display a list of services in date order. Services that are eligible to be cancelled will have a "Cancel" button.
- Click "Cancel" by the service to be cancelled.
Step 2
- The client will be asked to confirm whether they want to cancel or not.
- Click "Yes, cancel job" to proceed with the cancellation OR click the "close" button if it is a mistake and they want to exit the cancellation process.
Step 3
- A message will be displayed briefly confirming the cancellation.
- The Cancelled service will show in the Schedule greyed out with the word "Cancelled" by it.
