In the Staff Activity Report, a staff member's "travel time" can be recorded. "Travel time" is the average time spent travelling in-between one service to another service.
Tip: Travel time can be set on a company basis for all staff. Read more information on how to change the Individual Travel Allowance for Staff which overrides the company setting.
Note: Travel time for this service will ONLY be recorded if this is switched ON. If not, all time will be deemed to be "work time".
How do I add Travel Time in the Staff Activity Report?
Navigation: Admin > Service Items > Select a Service > Timecard
- Toggle the option for "Add Travel Time" to ON.
- Click "Update."
