To make it easier to see a particular staff member's assigned services, you can see a list in in their staff record, over any given period of time. You can then filter the list of assigned services that are in different service item groups, or however you have grouped your services under the same heading.
Tip: For example, this could be useful if you want to see how many home visits a staff has performed during the previous month, and don't want to see all the other services they were assigned

Note: In order to view a list of assigned services within a service item group, you first need to have set up your services correctly and identified them as being with a particular group. See Managing Service Item Groups and Applying a Service Item Group to a Service Item for more information.
How do I sort a Staff Schedule by Service Item Group?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > Click on a staff record > Services
Step 1
- Choose a group from the dropdown "All Item Groups", eg. "Home Visits".
All services in the service item group "Home Visits" are displayed.
