If you want to see a list of assigned services for an individual staff member, you can do this via their staff record over any given period of time. Certain scheduling functions are able to be undertaken from this screen as well so it can offer you different options than Filter the Schedule by Staff Member.
How Do I View a Staff Member's Assigned Services a Day at a Time?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > Click on a staff record > Services
- Click "Today" to view the day's assigned services.
- To view the previous day(s) services, click the "<" button.
- To view the next day(s) services, click the ">" button.
Note: The process is the same for any view of the Schedule, and can be used to view "This Week" and "This Month" as well.
How Do I View a Staff Member's Assigned Services for a Date Range?
- Click the calendar to choose a date range to view the assigned services.
- Click "Reload."
