To make it easier to see a particular staff member's assigned services, you can see a list in in their staff record, over any given period of time. You can filter the list to see assigned services that require keys in order to perform the service.
Tip: When you have the list of required keys, you can then make sure that keys are assigned, or re-assigned from another sitter, both digitally and physically.
How Can I View Services Assigned to a Staff that Require Keys?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > Click on a staff record > Services
- Choose "Services Requiring Keys" from the dropdown showing "Scheduled Services".
- All services requiring keys are displayed for the date range chosen, and the key icon is "red" to show that Linnet needs to obtain the key prior to being able to perform the service.
