New Clients Report

Modified on Fri, 23 Sep, 2022 at 7:21 PM

The New Client Report lists clients with their first service scheduled in selected dates, to identify new clients and review historic new client data to help grow your business. Clients that register online, but do not have a service scheduled yet will not display on this list.

Tip: By tracking the number of new clients each month, over time, you can find patterns and make marketing adjustments. You can also see which months have the most new clients and plan accordingly for staffing needs as well as communicate with new clients to ensure service excellence, solicit testimonials and request referrals.

Note: The report is based on the First Service date, not the client sign up date. It does not include Cancelled or Voided Services, but does include Internal Services. If a client registers on the portal, but doesn't book service, they will not show in this report.
