Client Debts show a list of clients who owe money to the business.
Clients that have outstanding invoices to be paid are easily viewed in the Debit (Debt) Balances Report. The Debit Report is helpful to:
- Compare Debt Balance and Unpaid Invoices Totals, which should be the same amount.
- If the amounts are different, it is highlighted in yellow indicating unallocated funds in the account.
- View a total amount of outstanding client debts.
Tip: If you click on a client record, you can go to their list of Payments and allocate any unallocated amounts so their account is balanced.
Note: The report shows Outstanding Invoices that are Due by today's date.
