In addition to viewing a notification in the Staff Activity report, you can choose to also have the notification sent to your company email address every time a sitter checks-in late to a scheduled service, provided that you have set a time "tolerance" for the notification to trigger.
Tip: You will need to read Set the Late Check-In Tolerance and Set Services to Register No Check-Ins for more information on your settings and to ensure that you receive the notification
Note: If you have a large team, you may not want to receive an email every time the notification is triggered, but prefer to check the staff activity periodically throughout your day.
Can I choose whether to receive a Late Check-in Notification Email?
Navigate to Admin > Settings > Staff Dashboard & Monitor > Check in / Check Out Settings
Step 1
- Check the option for "Notify when a required check-in is late".
- Click "Update".
Step 2
Below is an example email where a staff member has checked-in at a time over the late check in tolerance that was set of 30 minutes.
A notification email has been triggered to warn Admin that there could be a problem with the calculation of the staff member's work and travel time or that they have not arrived on time to deliver a service.
