You can choose to allow all your staff to have access to view ALL client accounts, but not necessarily update them. When enabled, the Clients icon appears on the Staff Dashboard to provide access to view all client information.
Access to view all client data is granted:
- whether staff are associated with individual client accounts or not.
- whether a job has currently been assigned to the sitter or not.
- settings made individually in staff permissions are overridden by this setting.
Important: Any changes to this setting that you make to the Staff Permissions for an individual staff member will override them.
How Can All My Staff See All Client Information?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Staff Access
- Toggle "Allow all staff to see all client information" to ON.
- Click "Update."
- When your staff are logged in, the "Clients" icon appears in the Icon Strip with access to all clients.
