Include Check-in / Check-out on Service Report

When staff complete a Service Report (Feedback), you can include the GPS recorded time and location settings from Check-In and Check-Out which is then available for admin to review, and (optionally) for Clients to see as well.

If you include this data on the report, the client may (optionally) see the time and location (from the GPS stamp) of staff at the point of Check-In and Check out.


Note: If you DO NOT want clients to see this data, you need to toggle the switch to OFF in the Client Portal settings in Show Check-in Check-out Data as well.



What is a Service Report?

When Staff complete a visit or walk with a pet, you can ask them to complete a series of questions to report on the visit, called a "Service Report". The action the staff can take is to either a) save and send the report to the client via email, or b) save the report so that your Admin can vet it before sending it via the admin interface.

You can customize your report using custom fields with almost any questions or data fields you like for staff to complete, including adding one or more photos of the pet from their phone.

The software has a service report set up with some preset general fields/questions already in it.


How Do I Add the Check in / Check out data on Service Reports?

Navigation: Admin > Settings > Service Report Settings


  • Toggle "Include Check In/Out Data" ON.
  • Click "Update."
