Download a PDF of a client's invoice to your computer. You could then email it to a client or print it out. The account summary shows all outstanding invoice amounts.
How Do I View or Download a PDF of an Invoice?
Navigation: Clients > access a client's account > Orders & Invoices
Step 1
- Click on the "Invoice No. XXX" to view it.
Step 2
- On the left, click "PDF Invoice."
- OR, to download, select "Summary & Downloads."
- Select to Download the Invoice or Account Summary.
- Select Open or Save it.
- The Invoice will include any associated Credit Notes or Debit Notes.
