You can send a Debit Note, after it is committed, to your client so they can see the balance due.

Debit notes are generated when invoiced services are increased in value or new services are added to an order. Debit notes are mostly used when you Invoice in advance of service delivery. They help you easily manage a client's account balance, allowing you to add additional services to an Invoice, instead of Voiding the Invoice and creating a new one. There is also a system for Credit Notes.
How Can the Client See the Debit Note?
- Download a PDF of the Debit Note and email it to the client.
- If you re-send your client their account summary, the debit is noted as well as the adjusted invoice balance below any payments that are due:
- If the client logs in to their client portal, they will see any amounts outstanding that are due on their account by viewing the Account Summary page:
