When emailing an invoice or quote, you can email a copy to several email addresses.
Note: Only the main contact First Name and Last Name will appear on all Quotes and Invoices (above the main client address).
Who Receives a Copy of Invoice and Quote Emails?
Navigation: Clients > Client Information
The options for sending a copy of the Invoice or Quote include:
- Main Contact Email Address: Will receive a copy, if an email is included for the main client contact (on the Client Data tab in the client record).
- Spouse / Alternative Contact Email Address: Will receive a copy, if an email is included and "CC emails to this address" is toggled ON.
- Emergency Contact 1 Email Address: Will receive a copy, if an email is included and "CC emails to this address" is toggled ON.
- Administrator's Email Address: Will receive a copy, if an email is included "Company Information" settings and if "Do Not CC Invoices to Company" in "Invoice Options" is toggled OFF.
