Email templates can be Amended to suit your business needs and style. You can create new templates, as well as delete templates you don't need so your list is not too long. You can create an unlimited number of email templates that can be used for regular tasks and communications to save time and ensure consistency.

How Do I Create a New Template?
Navigation: Admin > Supporting Data > Email Templates
Step 1
- Click “+ New Email Template.”
- Enter a name for your new email template.
- Click “Add New Email Template.”
Step 2
- Add email content.
- Click “Update."
How Do I Edit a Template?
Navigation: Admin > Supporting Data > Email Templates
- Click the email template title in the list.
- Make edits to the body of the email and/or the Name (email subject).
- Click “Update.”
Tip: Make a back-up copy before changing existing templates. If you deleted a template you need, please contact support.
How Do I Delete a Template?
Navigation: Admin > Supporting Data > Email Templates
- Click the email template name in the template list.
- Click “Delete.”
