To improve your communication with clients when you need to remind them that their booked service(s) is about to finish, we recommend that you use a version of this email template to send a reminder to clients and/or staff.
Tip: If you want to send an email about something else, you can use the "blank" email template, or create your own new one. See Managing Email Templates for more information.
How Do I Email Clients and/or Staff About Services About to End?
Navigation: Admin > Staff > Click on a staff record > Services
Step 1
- Select one or more service(s) where you want to send a bulk email to your clients.
- Click "Email."
Step 2
- Make sure you have switched the option to ON to send the email to your client(s) and/or your staff member.
- Next choose the email template that you want to send.
- Click "Send."
Step 3
The merge codes in the email template have populated with the client data and been sent to the client and copied to the staff member.
