Viewing the "First Service Only" displays ONLY the first visit on a service order, such as the first visit of a vacation reservation. This is helpful as it highlights where you might need to perform additional tasks that are typically associated with a first visit such as additional reporting or updates to visit routines. Additionally, you can email clients from the schedule to confirm reservations or care details or to organize key pick up.
Similarly, Viewing the "Last Service Only" displays ONLY the last visit on a service order, such as the last visit of a vacation reservation. This is helpful as it highlights where you might need to perform additional tasks that are typically associated with last visits such as additional reporting. Additionally, you can email clients from the schedule to confirm they have returned home, or to organize key drop off.
More About the Schedule
The Admin Schedule is the heart of your database. The basic definition is: the schedule contains all services scheduled for your company. However, it is a powerful, time-saving tool allowing you to perform many different types of Admin tasks, such as filters to isolate a portion of your schedule, edit and cancel functionality and the ability to email clients and staff. Furthermore, any update made in the schedule is updated simultaneously in all other areas such as Service Order, Staff Compensation and Sitter Schedules.
Tip: Using this option, typically along with "Vacation Care Service Item Group" filter, you can email clients or staff in bulk from the schedule about services that are about to start or end.
