Pet Sitter Plus needs to know the Company Location so that other functions work in the Registration process for new clients.
In order to determine the area that you cover for your business, Pet Sitter Plus calculates this based on the "Service Area Radius" you set from the business address or furthest staff home address in Admin > Settings > Client Portal > Registration.
Note: To determine the Company Location, you must have entered your business address in Company Information. You should only need to save the company location once when you first set up Pet Sitter Plus.
How do I Set my Business Location?
Navigation: Admin > Settings > Company Location
Step 1
- On the Home screen, you will see a warning in the panel "Requiring Attention".
- Click on "Company location not set" to be taken to the Company Location screen.
Step 2
- Make sure the address at the top is the correct business address, and that the icon is displaying in the correct location.
- Click "Save Location."
